Screen Dreams Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Screen Dreams, we make custom apparel and promotional products to order. Because every order is different, shipping and delivery times depend on the service selected, the quantity ordered, and the production requirements.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

1. Custom Screen Printing

Screen-printed apparel is produced specifically for each customer and must go through an artwork, screen preparation, printing, curing, quality-control, and packaging process.

Standard Production:
Most screen-printing orders are completed within 5–10 business days after artwork approval and payment.

Rush Orders:
Rush production may be available for an additional fee depending on our current production schedule, order quantity, garment availability, and artwork requirements. A rush order is not considered confirmed until Screen Dreams has approved the requested turnaround time.

Shipping:
Once your order is completed, shipping time is separate from production time. The estimated shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

2. Embroidery

Embroidered apparel and products require digitization and machine production before your order can be completed.

Standard Production:
Most embroidery orders require approximately 7–14 business days after artwork approval and payment.

Production time may be longer for large quantities, complex embroidery designs, multiple garment types, or orders requiring new embroidery digitization.

Rush Embroidery:
Rush service may be available upon request. Additional fees may apply.

3. DTF & Direct-to-Garment Services

DTF and other direct-to-garment services may have shorter production times than traditional screen printing because they do not require traditional screen setup.

Standard Production:
Most orders are completed within 3–7 business days after artwork approval and payment.

Actual turnaround depends on order size, garment availability, and current production volume.

4. Promotional Products

Promotional products such as pens, bags, tumblers, hats, keychains, business accessories, and other branded merchandise may have significantly different production and shipping times.

Because these products are often supplied by outside manufacturers, production times vary by product and supplier.

The estimated production time and shipping information will be provided with your quote or order confirmation.

Promotional-product orders may require longer lead times than apparel orders.

5. Local Pickup

Customers located in the Hampton Roads area may be eligible for local pickup from Screen Dreams.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Local pickup does not eliminate the production time required to complete your order.

6. Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has completed production.

For example:

5–10 business days production + 2–5 business days shipping = approximately 7–15 business days total.

Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Screen Dreams.

Screen Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier delays

• Severe weather

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Lost or damaged packages after shipment

• Holidays

• Customs delays

• Other circumstances outside of our control

7. Custom Orders & Artwork Approval

Production does not begin until all required information has been received, including:

• Payment

• Approved artwork

• Garment selections

• Sizes and quantities

• Shipping information

• Any other information required to produce the order

If we are waiting for artwork approval, customer information, payment, or another required item, the production timeline may be delayed.

Your production time begins after the order is fully approved and ready for production — not when the initial inquiry or quote is submitted.

8. Garment Availability

Production times are also dependent on garment availability.

If a selected shirt, hoodie, hat, or other product is out of stock, Screen Dreams will contact the customer with available options.

Customers may choose to:

1. Select an alternative product;

2. Wait for the original product to become available; or

3. Request a refund when applicable.

9. Rush Orders

Need your order sooner?

Contact Screen Dreams before placing your order to ask about rush production.

Rush availability depends on:

• Current production schedule

• Order quantity

• Garment availability

• Number of print locations

• Number of colors

• Artwork requirements

• Embroidery requirements

• Shipping requirements

Rush service is not automatically available for every order.

Additional rush and expedited shipping charges may apply.

10. Tracking Information

For shipped orders, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow the carrier time to update tracking information after the package has been shipped.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact Screen Dreams if additional assistance is needed.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or has another production-related issue, contact Screen Dreams as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Custom products cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size, or provided incorrect information.

12. Important Turnaround Disclaimer

Production time and shipping time are two separate timelines.

The estimated production time shown or communicated by Screen Dreams does not include shipping time unless specifically stated.

Turnaround estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless Screen Dreams has provided a specific guaranteed completion date in writing.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these production and shipping terms.
